This concentration focuses on such questions as How do I lead through preaching/communication rather than just having different topics over time?

Church and Parachurch Executive Leadership -- teaches students how to organize and develop people for the accomplishment of the mission and vision for the church/organization.

Leadership in Community Spiritual Formation -- teaches students how to develop a community that is effective in forming people spiritually so that increasingly they will naturally accomplish Christ’s work in His way.

Leadership in Global Urban Ministry -- emphasizes ministry through understanding and addressing systems (social systems, employment structures, politics, etc.) that constrain life in the urban centers of the world. It's about personal transformation and system transformation.
